The Crazy Up and Down Life of a Food Trucker!

Up and Down week for the Viking Truck, Wednesday the fryer almost exploded.  Pipe came loose and filled the truck with fire and brimstone! Saturday the Transmission decided it was time to stop working en-route to our stop and we needed to literally be dragged out of there.  Brutal week for the Vikings, but its a new week and we are all fixed up and ready to bring the thunder once again.  With Odin by our side we will be out Tuesday through Sunday this week to feed the masses !
